Hey guys do you use SBI cashback card? Many users are getting low cashback on SBI cashback card. SBI card wrong cashback credited, but why? SBI have credited low cashback to many user cashback card statement. And cashback debited from SBI cashback credit card. Many users are sharing on social media that SBI has done unethical things, cashback debited from SBI cashback credit card and many users have received wrong cashback amount.
For me, I should receive ₹1341 cashback on my SBI cashback credit card but they added only ₹143 cashback. I don’t know why SBI credited wrong and very low cashback to my cashback card statement.
My previous month transaction was more than ₹28000 and all transactions were eligible for 5% cashback, So I should receive more than ₹1300 cashback. But SBI card has added only Rs.143 cashback to my SBI cashback card statement. SBI card removed ₹1200 cashback and there is no proper information. Wrong cashback is a technical fault on SBI card is doing it intentionally.
You may think my transactions may not be eligible for 5% cashback. I have done transactions at all eligible merchants. For clarification I am adding my last month (December 2022) transaction history.
On above image you can see my cashback earning was ₹1427 showing and credited only ₹143 to my cashback statement.
As you see my all transactions were eligible for 5% cashback. Earlier it was showing ₹1341 cashback. I should receive ₹1341 cashback, But today they added just ₹143 cashback. SBI card wrong cashback credited to my cashback credit card. They credited just 10% of my total cashback I should receive for my previous month transactions.
I don’t know why wrong (very low) cashback was credited to my SBI cashback credit card.
Earlier, SBI card has debited money from Simplyclick card user account by showing “Statement db rp forefeit cbk offer” and now they are cheating on cashback amount too. SBI card is with customes. Adding very low cashback amount to cashback credit card users. My cashback for previous month was 1341 rupees but they added just rs.143 to my SBI cashback card statement.
Its a cashback scam by SBI card. We should complain about it. You can raise complain by calling customer care or mail customer care or you can send mail to nodal officer. SBI card is cheating people opening, So you should take it seriously and complain.

If cashback debited from SBI Cashback Credit Card of transactions done before 7 October 2022 then you can complain to SBI and get back refund. Then you can raise issues to RBI and you will definitely get refund.
