  1. FORECLOSURE OF EMI PLANS: For foreclosure / voluntary pre-closure of EMI plans on your credit card, interest accrued during the period between the last Statement Date & the Foreclosure Request Date will also be added to the Foreclosure Charges, effective 27 Feb 2023. This interest will be over & above the Foreclosure Fee of 3% on the principal outstanding on pro-rata basis, plus applicable taxes. EMI plans include Flexipay EMI, Balance Transfer on EMI, Encash, Encash Inline and Merchant EMI.
  2. TRANSACTION USAGE: You can manage the usage of your card by modifying usage settings across various transaction types like Domestic Online, International Online etc. Simply log in to the SBI Card website / mobile app and visit the ‘Manage Card Usage’ section. You can also set limits for each transaction type as per your preference/need.
  3. CARD DEACTIVATION TO AVOID MISUSE: Basis RBI guidelines dated 21 April 2022, any credit card that has not been used for more than one year will be blocked for usage to avoid misuse of the card. We advise you to keep your card active for usage by performing transaction(s) on a regular basis.
